Acceptable Location, Disappointing Room
room dampness loud noise
The hotel has a very convenient ski locker near the lifts.
The room was old and damp. Condensation was a problem on the windows. I could hear every noise from the nearby après-ski bar throughout the night, it was awful!

The location was fantastic, placing me right in the town center. Ski storage near the main gondola eliminated the need to carry equipment far. The breakfast was great, with substantial choice and quality items.
The hotel has old issues, such as sound isolation. I could hear people in the nearby room as if they were in the same space. Materials are worn and old.

good breakfast beautiful views nice chef useful storage
The breakfast was very good. It had lots of choice plus a nice chef who prepares omelets. The views were beautiful and I enjoyed them. Ski storage was very well located and useful to me.
Sound insulation needs improvement because it gets very noisy.

The buffet breakfast had everything I wanted. I found varied, healthy options and dishes cooked on demand, something I like. I give it a high score because of the plentiful options.

The rooms are still the originals before refurbishment. These rooms are antiquísimas, small, without coat racks, so bear this in mind. The shower wasn't great but the room was overall ok for a solo traveler.

Excellent stay with great amenities
prime location chef preparation useful storage
The location is unbeatable. The breakfast had many choices and a nice chef preparing omelets, great. I found the ski storage very well located and useful (a real plus for skiers!).
The steam room was locked . Hopefully, that will be resolved soon.

The breakfast buffet offered a huge variety. Dinner was also buffet style. I appreciated that I could pick my favorite food and have it cooked for me. What a great idea, and the staff was very friendly (especially the omelet chef!).

location was okay. rooms? not so much.
poor design unhelpful staff
the location was acceptable, close to the plaza as they say.
I was stuck on the -2 level and it was horribly noisy. I could hear chairs and tables scraping above me until late. the room itself was small and badly designed, the wardrobe doors were blocked by the bed. the staff wasn't easy to find when i wanted a drink too.
